Sellers

• You can list your padel gear on Preloved Padel.
  
• When your item sells, we deduct 18% commission (9% listing & advertising + 9% management).
  
• You’ll get paid within 3–5 business days after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after 48 hours if no issues are reported.
  
• By listing, you confirm you own the item and that your description and photos are accurate.
  

Buyers

• Pay securely through the platform.
  
• Inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
  
• If there’s a problem (wrong item, undisclosed damage), you have 48 hours to report it.
  
• If no issues are reported, the sale is final and funds are released to the seller.
  

Shipping

• All deliveries are handled by a trusted courier platform.
  
• Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
  
• Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility for the item passes to you.
