Welcome to our community! Here’s how we keep things fair, secure, and smooth for both buyers and sellers:
1. Payment Release Policy
Payments to sellers will only be released 24 hours after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with their order. This allows buyers time to inspect their purchase and ensures sellers deliver what was promised.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
The item’s condition differs from the images or description.
The seller cancels or the item becomes unavailable after purchase.
The buyer notifies us of an issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.
If the original purchase cannot be fulfilled, buyers may choose either:
A full refund, or
An exchange for another available item of similar value.
3. Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the item upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if there are any concerns. After this period, payment will automatically be processed to the seller.
4. Listing Fee Policy
A listing fee is charged to sellers, which is deducted once an item is successfully sold.
This fee is determined at our discretion, based on discussions and agreements with each seller.
The fee helps cover the costs of design, marketing, advertisement placement, and platform management involved in promoting your item.
5. Trade-In ("Swopsies") Program
Eligible trade-in items will display the Swopsies symbol or sticker.
A flat fee of R250 applies for trade-in transactions.
Trade-ins are subject to availability and eligibility checks.
6. Community Commitment
We’re committed to providing a safe, transparent, and smooth experience for everyone. Buyers and sellers are expected to act in good faith, and we’re here to assist in resolving any disputes fairly.
