How Shipping Works:

• We use Bobgo, a trusted shipping aggregator platform, to handle all deliveries.
  
• Once a sale is confirmed, sellers are responsible for handing over the item to their selected courier service or directly to us for dispatch.
  
• Shipping costs and timing depend on the courier service chosen at checkout.
  
  

Delays & Handover Responsibility:

While we aim for quick handovers, delays may occur due to:

• Sellers taking time to deliver the item to the courier or us.
• Courier collection schedules or operational delays.
  
  

We kindly ask both buyers and sellers to allow reasonable time for item transfer and delivery, especially in cases of public holidays or high-demand periods.

⚠️ Scam Prevention & Trust Measures
Unfortunately, scammers do try to target platforms like ours. To protect both buyers and sellers:

• Payments are held until the buyer confirms the item has been received and meets expectations.
  
• If a seller fails to hand over the item to the courier within a reasonable timeframe, the sale will be canceled, and the buyer will receive a full refund.
  
• Repeated failure to hand over items, or suspicious behavior, will result in the seller being removed from our community.
